Eleven workstreams, from power infrastructure to sports development, have been published in full with costings, sequencing and measurable outcomes.
The plan is deliberately public. Every workstream carries a budget, a sequence and a named outcome, so that progress can be measured by anyone who cares to check.
The eleven workstreams
Priorities begin with reliable power and water, followed by classroom and laboratory refurbishment, boarding facilities, the library, ICT, sports development, staff housing, security, grounds, and an endowment for bursaries.
Power comes first because nothing else holds without it. The plan sequences a solar and storage installation ahead of the building works that depend on it.
