The Foundation confirms its founding Board of Trustees, bringing independent governance and decades of professional experience to the work ahead.
The Board carries fiduciary responsibility for the endowment, approves every project the Foundation funds, and publishes an annual report to the wider alumni body.
An independent board
Trustees serve in a personal capacity and are not remunerated. The board deliberately draws from outside the school administration so that funding decisions remain independent of day to day school management.
Committees for finance, projects and nominations will be seated before the first funding cycle opens.
